Three Cups of Tea notes are available on the website 'Sparknotes,' which is basically the same things as Cliffs Notes. I am not sure if Cliffs Notes offers notes on the book. The book is too new to have any sort of notes such as sparknotes, cliff notes, pink monkey, novelguide, etc.
I think jealousy and revenge are two themes from this book. It's very hard to find themes, they're not really revealed until the ending. Some examples of how these two are themes is that the entire book's premise is about book club members getting murdered according to the plots, because the woman who wrote the books was having an affair with the woman who's set on revenge's husband. Also, jealousy is a theme because the revenge was a result of extreme jealousy, and there are several other instances where someone is jealous of someone else.
Like when Betty finds out about Morgan and Alfred, she goes into a fit, out of both hurt and jealousy. One of the detecties is jealous that he's not 'In' on everything, Alfred's assisstant is a little jealous of the fact Alfred has it 'easy' and he ends up doing most of the work. There's probably more examples, but I hoped that helped!
